Full Time: 30-40

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Take orders and recommend menu items

• Provide friendly and attentive service

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare empanadas, coffee, and drinks following our quality standards

• Maintain proper food handling and storage

Cafe Operations

• Help open and close the café

• Restock ingredients and supplies

Cleanliness

• Keep the café, kitchen, and restrooms clean

• Follow daily cleaning and food safety standards

Marketing & Engagement

• Help promote the café by sharing samples or flyers

• Encourage happy customers to leave reviews

Teamwork

• Support teammates during busy periods

• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Conversational English

• Friendly and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for up to 6.5 hours

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Basic math skills for handling transactions

• Good hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team

Preferred (Not Required)

• Spanish speaking

• Restaurant or café experience

• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain it)

• Comfortable recommending menu items and upselling
