Bombay Empanada *

Fried empanada with a golden-brown crust, one empanada cut in half revealing a filling of chopped green olives and spices.

Lentils, black beans, tomato, green squash, sweet onion, bell pepper, carrot, curry, garlic
(Vegan, Vegetarian, Halal)

The Bombay empanada had potatoes, peas and other veggies (very rich in flavor, loved it was vegan). The crust was doughier and a little sweeter than others I've had but still just as delicious.
