Two dessert favorites come together for one exciting seasonal twist.
Pumpkin spice might get most of the attention in fall, but there's another combination worth making room for this season: pumpkin and chocolate.
At MPANADAS, we're bringing a little creativity to autumn desserts with the Pumpkin Brownie Empanada. It's a fun twist on familiar fall flavors, created for anyone who loves discovering something different from the usual seasonal treats.
Why Pumpkin and Chocolate Make a Great Pair
Pumpkin has a naturally comforting flavor that works beautifully in fall desserts. Chocolate, on the other hand, brings a rich, indulgent element that makes almost any sweet treat feel special.
Together, they offer a different take on traditional autumn flavors. Instead of choosing between a pumpkin-inspired dessert and a chocolate treat, this seasonal creation brings those two cravings into the same conversation.
And because it's an empanada, it offers a convenient handheld format that's easy to enjoy during a coffee break, after lunch, or whenever you're in the mood for something sweet.
A Different Kind of Fall Dessert
One of the things we love about seasonal menu items is the opportunity to revisit familiar ingredients in unexpected ways.
Fall doesn't have to mean ordering the same pumpkin dessert every year. Sometimes, trying something new is the best part of the season.
The Pumpkin Brownie Empanada gives dessert lovers another reason to explore the MPANADAS menu. Whether you're already a fan of our sweet empanadas or you're looking for a new treat to pair with your favorite coffee, this is one seasonal creation to keep on your radar.
For an especially cozy café break, enjoy a sweet empanada alongside one of our fall drinks, such as the Golden Maple Latte or Pumpkin Spice Latte.
If you're in Arlington, stop by our Columbia Pike location and check out our current seasonal offerings.
